Despite the challenges 2020 has brought for many for-purpose organisations, Kilfinan Australia has continued to evolve and grow. We have invested in infrastructure, systems and processes to support our growing organisation, while at the same time explored avenues for additional funding and cross sector partnerships.
Whilst this year has certainly changed the way we operate, Kilfinan has continued to expand our mentoring relationships by 20%, with our mentors contributing a total of $4.65 million in pro bono support since inception. More than any other, this year has seen Kilfinan and our committed cohort of mentors step up to provide additional support through virtual forums, targeted resources and strategic advice on navigating the new environment. We are also proud to have launched a Peer Groups program for our mentees to exchange ideas and collaborate with each other independently.
We invite you to read our Annual Review and 2019-2020 Financial Statement for further details on our activities and impact over the past year.
