My mentor Andy Bousie and I met regularly, usually monthly, and discussed a variety of leadership, communication, strategy and execution issues.

Andy’s mentoring greatly accelerated my maturity as a leader and manager, resulting in more effective stewardship of the business. A stand-out example of this was a complex, high-risk project I led to transition the business’s operations to a larger provider. The project outcome far exceeded the board’s expectations, and I could not have done it without Andy’s expert guidance and support.

I can’t express adequately how grateful I am to Andy for the time and effort he put in to supporting my development. He was genuinely invested in my professional success and personal wellbeing – I could not have hoped for a better mentor to guide me through an extremely challenging period.

Now, having pivoted to a new career, I am still applying the wisdom Andy imparted onto me, and I am advancing rapidly as a result.
