I feel incredibly fortunate to have Cath Bowtell as my mentor. On both personal and professional levels, she meets me exactly where I’m at – sometimes that’s encouragement, sometimes it’s a challenge, and often it’s just being a thoughtful sounding board.

Right from the start, Cath shared so openly and generously – she is both confident and humble – and it instantly created a sense of trust and respect that’s been there in every conversation since. She has so much experience to draw on, but what I admire most is how she applies it – always forward-looking but still grounded in the real and timely challenges I face. That balance has helped me find clarity and confidence when things feel complex (or just too hard!)

What really stands out is the way Cath blends care with action. She validates and encourages me but always helps me take it a step further by working out what comes next. That mix of empathy and momentum has shaped the way I approach my own leadership. She sends me off after every session with more self-awareness, more confidence and a renewed sense of purpose.

A big thank you to Kilfinan for making this mentorship possible. It’s had such an immediate impact, but I also know the lessons and insights will stay with me for years.

Thankyou Cath, thankyou Kilfinan, and thank you all mentors everywhere!
