My Kilfinan mentor, Tony Noonan, has been an amazing guide in my journey as CEO of Infoxchange. Tony’s warmth, wisdom, generosity of spirit, and steady counsel have helped me with both clarity and confidence of direction.

When I first joined the Kilfinan program, I wasn’t sure how the mentorship would work given that Tony was based in Western Australia and I’m in Victoria.  From our very first conversation it became clear to me why I had been matched so specifically with Tony, given his background and experience, and geography was no barrier.  Over the months, our regular catch-ups – whether over Teams or in person – have been invaluable in supporting my leadership journey.

Tony brings a rare blend of strategic insight and human empathy.  His reflections on leadership and the challenges facing our communities have helped me navigate uncertain times with greater confidence.  He asks the right questions, offers personal stories, and in doing so, he’s helped me grow as a CEO and more broadly as a leader.

What has stood out most is not just the practical advice, but the way Tony has encouraged me to step back and see the bigger picture.  He listens deeply, challenges thoughtfully, and always helps to focus on the most important considerations at any point in time.
