Kilfinan Australia’s Corporate Partnership Program enhances any company’s corporate social responsibility.

The Program is a fee-for-service professional package of practical leadership development for senior executives.

It offers a select group of executives in the company the opportunity to mentor not-for-profit CEOs for approximately a two-year period.

The mentoring relationships build and strengthen the senior executives’ own leadership capacity and assist the not-for-profit CEOs in addressing challenging issues and further developing their leadership capability.
